U.S. citizens can typically sponsor spouses, fiancé(e)s, children, parents, and siblings (depending on age and marital status). Permanent residents (Green Card holders) can usually sponsor spouses and unmarried children. We’ll confirm eligibility and map the fastest viable route for your family member.

Most cases involve filing an I-130 petition to prove a valid marriage with either Adjustment of Status (if your spouse is in the U.S.) or Consular Processing (if abroad). We assemble evidence, submit the forms, and prepare you and your spouse for the interview so you know exactly what to expect.

A K-1 lets the fiancé(e) of a U.S. citizen enter the U.S. to marry within 90 days, then apply for a Green Card. You’ll need to show a bona fide relationship and that you’ve met in person (with limited exceptions). We prepare the petition and visa application and help your fiancé(e) get ready for the consular interview.

Timelines vary by case type and government workload. Marriage-based cases can take several months to a year or more, while other family categories may have longer waits due to annual caps.
